Oh no, poor u, thats all you need. Toys that need batteries in this house never seemed to last long either, they always stopped suddenly for some reason,;)

I remember when my sister was in late stages of terminal illness, she ordered my son a guitar, drum kit and recorder, just to get on my nerves, cause she always thought it was funny that I wouldnt let him have/play anything musical for long cause it got on my nerves.

Families you either love em or could kill em. !!!!!!!!!!!

He he, surprisingly she left about half an hour after the car came out of the box

Even when he's not constantly pressing the button the flipping song is stuck in my head :rotfl: It's probably pay back for all of the musical presents I bought for other peoples children before I realised how irritating they are :p:D

Saw advert in Iceland window this afternoon about burgers.
Their own brand is on special offer at half price (guarantee no horse), and if you don't like them they will refund your money back.
Don't know if its just a local offer but I shouldn't think so??

It is funny how things you hate get stuck in your head and you start humming them.

I remember taking my children to pre-school and we lived about 5 miles away so put them in the car, listening to cbeebies on cd, dropped them off, got back in the car to drive home, still with cbeebies playing and am singing away on my own to the bloomin songs on it. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Glad its not just me, that has a long trip to Sada, most peeps on here, seem to have it on their doorsteps.

Not quite for me but even so I take into account the fuel cost of each trip before deciding to go for a glitch.

Mt local T extra is only a 3 mile round trip so minimal cost.

My nearest big A is an 10 mile round trip so is not too bad but I like to be able to pick up a womble or two to cover the diesel. Even that short distance, mostly in traffic, must use at least £1 of diesel.

If I head up to David.'s A that's an 18 mile round trip which must be about £2 in diesel so wouldn't for instance make me bother with the crisps (my big local A only has only had 14pk Quavers. French Fries and Wotsits since I stumbled on the glitch through a womble last week)
    Awaiting a new sig

The smell fades quite quickly. My OH uses it on his hands and it's helped so much x

Hmmm, I'm not convinced as yet, I can still smell it and I've washed my hands :rotfl:

Me too a 36 mile trip and at the moment through the worlds worst organised road works,

!!!!!! are those traffic lights on the big round about at the bridge all about?! They don't seem to flow very well. I was going to T's the other day, came up to the round about and the lights were at green, but couldn't go anywhere as the next set were at red so there was a huge queue backed up and no one going anywhere. So stupid :mad:

Good afternoon everybody, I hope you day has been good so far. Logie I hope you manage to rest and that you get the help you need from your MIL.

My last BS order came today, also got the vinner knifes today as well. They are very good. I have been using blunt knifes for a while my OH warned me about cutting myself. I shrugged and said at least I'm on the vanish thing for bzz so watch out for pictures with blood all over them. Lets see if if it really works on blood.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

There are a few (but not many) with a fair distance to travel - its the same for Mr T's. Although they are going to build a Tesco express 4 miles away - don't know when that'll be done. So yes - avidly following forum but you do feel a bit deprived - from wombling to not being able to hit a glitch hard when it does happen, or not worth petorl price - que sera. But its fabulous to get the bargains and the support and the laughs :T Thank you everyone.

    Hi Morgy,

Can you look on it as a day trip:)

Sandwiches and a flask, a bit of glitching and wombling and home in time for tea:)

Yep - needs to be good deal on wine, chocolate or rice pudding pots with additional shopping :D

When I had all hospital visits in Leeds the chocolate glitch was on so filled my boots - really helped as with less money coming in I had thought we wouldn't have money for teachers xmas pressies etc. So really helped out. 3 choccy shops every day I passed - no point in bothering with incognito shops with buff on your head! Loved the apg rice pud glitch tho - like logie - enough to get you out and about if glitch good enough.

Thank god for all those who live close and alert us to these.:T I'll stick to reminders of expiry dates and any on line offers as best way to contribute.
Hope everyone planning a good weekend....
