I have to say, Quidco impressed me today. I emailed earlier about a receipt that I was asked to be resubmitted but the offer had finished and asked about some other receipts. Anyway, they have just emailed me back to say they have comfirmed the receipt that I emailed photos for and the other ones are still being process. Am very impressed with how quickly they got back to me and sorted it out.

That would make you in the minority :rotfl:

If APG is making a new calculation each time it's input could we not put in an old receipt with multibuys on each morning to see what's happening that day. :?

    If only

I'm afraid it doesn't work like that, when they 'fix' the glitch it only affects that single item that then comes back n/a.

To prove it I just checked an old receipt from 05/02 and it has come back the same.

Plus you could input the receipt , it could show multibuys working but then when you buy them it could come back n/a. It's a strange old system. Although there is no harm in trying.

But if it shows n/a you will know glitch on that single item now not working ..? And if its not you know its worth the journey but there's still a risk (albeit a bit reduced)?

For those of us with 30m round trip to supermarket might be useful in factoring whether to set off or not, - or am I missing something :o Also needn't delay journey waiting for someone to confirm .....?
