Still seems to be working so long as they honour the orders - just put two very low priced items in basket (not from clearance) then add two expensive ones which should change to FREE when you add the code form their home page.

Best thing its to log out of your browser and they try again - box should come back then - or the code may just be stored and work anyway.

Try ordering different things. I've had order accepted, followed by rejected, then accepted. They were for different things.

Looking back at my order history, when they were giving away two £25 body wash sets, two shampoos and a loyalty card for £7.99, I had the same pattern. It seemed to be particular items (low or out of stock maybe?) ordered that triggering an order rejection.
