The court offers a walk in service so I am hoping to get Thursday off work so I can go do the deed. My paperwork has been completed since End of January!
Mixed emotions but as I have missed two visits from bailiffs thus last month relief is the stronger emotion at the moment!
Hi SMOYO, welcome to March's BR Club and I will add you to post one
Bless you, the relief will be immense and lets us know how you get on on Thursday.
Best wishes

Hi mum2one, I'm not really sure what you mean, if you are from England/Wales, you find out whether your court has a drop in service or appointment only. Then make sure your forms are filled in for then.

ifwishes - Thank you, yep England based - it looks like its a route I need to take, but just getting organised, - try another month of DMP and see where we go.

As said, only the court can tell you how long the wait is.
However, you usually make an appointment and than bring in the completed forms on the day rather than submit them in advance.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

:staradmin Hi Everyone and Welcome to the March's 2013 Bankruptcy Club :staradmin
This club is for everyone who has gone or going through the process of Bankruptcy during March 2013. So please feel free to join and post.
Pop your name on here, the date that you went/are going Bankrupt. Then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your BR journey. That way you can all stick together, compare notes and be there to support each other throughout the different stages of your Bankruptcies.
Remember this is your board so keep posting :hello:
Obviously anyone can come on here and post anything that will help and you are all welcome. Any important questions that need answering please still post them on the main board, as you will receive more advice and help.
~ Please do not include too much information as the IS (Insolvency Service) are known to frequent this forum and they may identify individual cases, so username and date only, thank you ~
Best wishes
