This club is for everyone who has gone or going through the process of Bankruptcy during March 2013. So please feel free to join and post.

Pop your name on here, the date that you went/are going Bankrupt. Then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your BR journey. That way you can all stick together, compare notes and be there to support each other during the different stages of your Bankruptcies.

Remember this is your board so keep posting :hello:

Obviously anyone can come on here and post anything that will help and you are all welcome. Any important questions that need answering please still post them on the main board, as you will receive more advice and help.

hi can anyone help. I am a tenancy from the brewery and about to go bankrupt in the next couple of days. Ihave a lot of debt to the brewery and outside creditors. I feel sick with worry and dont know which way to turn.hep

Phil sadly wont come back here now after everything that happened, he's been in a pretty rough state really although luckily now managed to rent a place very nearby to keep an eye on him

but yep...12th march at liverpool coury 2007 I remember kicking myself as I couldnt get time off meaning he petitioned by himself sadly I ended up on the same road as well & with his and the good folks here knowledge and support is second to none but i'll pass everyone's best wishes to him from you all

sort_me_own_yard_out

Well after years of struggling, months of trying to get the fees together a cheque from the RBL made out to the courts landed through my letterbox this morning.

The court offers a walk in service so I am hoping to get Thursday off work so I can go do the deed. My paperwork has been completed since End of January!

Mixed emotions but as I have missed two visits from bailiffs thus last month relief is the stronger emotion at the moment!
