next stage of interview help

Hello all

I posted my CV on here not long back for a CV review and got a load of help. It was more or less a new CV and I started getting alot more interviews.

I got a call for an assistant managers position for a nationwide company and had a telephone interview, a couple of days later I was invited to a 3 hour long group interview. There was 2 groups of 8 at this stage and we where put into different scenarios and had to deal with the challenge put to us. I felt confident when it had finished and I had done my best. I also felt I was one of the stronger Candidates there. We where judged by 3 interviewers. The manager and 2 people from HR.

I got a call today asking for me to come back for a second interview. This time with the Centre manager and area manager. I asked how many made the second interview stage and was told 3 people. So now I have a 1 in 3 chance of getting this position. I would love to get this job as it will be allot more money than I have been on before and there is plenty of opportunity for promotion and a good career along with plenty of company benefits.

I have been asked to do a marketing plan presentation on a promotional idea for the company that I have to come up with to perform to the managers during the interview. I already have what I think is a good idea and plan to do it in a powerpoint presentation and take my laptop to.the interview.

Anyway after explaining all of the above what im asking is for any tips when doing this type of thing in an interview I've never done or performed one of these before and wondered if I could get any information at all that would be helpful. Also is there a type of format or process I should be putting my marketing plan to to the managers. Any templates I could follow to help me?
