Unfair dismissal and TUPE

I wonder if anybody could be so kind as to give an opinion on this please:
If you have been dismissed and have raised an unfair dismissal case, the company then TUPEs its staff to another company (which is probably the same people running it, just under a different name) and is now in administration - is the claim now failed because the original company is in admin or is the claim passed on to the new company?
