Advice about ticket win please

I have had an email saying I have won

When I entered I asked for Manchester, but my WEM states London. I have emailed back asking for the Manchester tickets & be told as I was the 4th one drawn I don't have a choice.

I find that very unfair, and it's a prize my DD would love to attend.

I have emailed Edwin @IPM & asked if they can help urgent as the concerts are this week but just wondering if anyone else can help/offer advice please.

It does seem unfair- when you look at the wording there is nothing to indicate that you might not have a choice in the venue.

Any reasonable person would assume that if they won that they would be able to choose which venue/date they wanted.

I think that unless it's stated you can choose the venue you're stuck with whatever they give you unfortunately.
I hope I'm wrong though x

I am almost 100% positive then when I entered it did have a choice & I chose Manchester. The t&c's seem to have vanished as well.

The "Winner" probably got to choose from all 4 venues, 2nd drawn could choose from the 3 that were left, 3rd drawn had a choice of 2 and as 4th you had no choice.
(Would have made more sense to draw a winner for each venue, cannot see any point in asking where you wanted otherwise).

Been told they have been swapped for Manchester, should have arrived in yesterday's post but still waiting - hoping they come today.
