Hi,
All mortgages i've seen have a minimum loan amount which have been over 10K, that could be the problem but i'm sure the experts will be along soon.Married the man of my dreams - 10th September 2012, St Paul's Bay Lindos :jIt was amazing.0 -
People are going to ask when was the default registered and how much was it ?0

A year ago and for 20000

Who has declined you ?0

Do you just need £10k or another £10k in addition to what you can raise as a mortgage ?0

Assuming affordabilty can be proven you should be able to get something but wont be 10k. Minimum loan will be more than that.

Smaller building societies have lower minimum loans and don't credit score, but may balk at a £2k default in the last couple of years.
