Over 24 hours in and no post from an MLM sheep trying to defend it. It must be a really poor scheme.

There are a lot of MLMs advertising in the job center - there was a post on here a few days ago with someone querying a "business opportunity" that turned out to be a Kleeneze representative.

Basically, they're desperate to build their downlines as it's the only way they'll earn any money (and even then it'll probably still be peanuts), so they advertise anywhere and everywhere.

  • Guys, looking through this thread I am appalled at how easy for you it is to comment publicly about a company in a negative manner. I dont comment in forums generally, but as an Agent with the Sunday Morning Club, and doing quite well working on my own I feel I need to stick up for this, as you could be depriving me or someone else out of a required income.

I applied to the Sunday Morning Club, became an agent, and have worked really hard to build a client bank and second income.

I have now got 208 customers to whom I deliver papers on a Sunday Morning with 1 helper. I signed the customer s up through canvassing door to door, and now have a second substantial income every month.

For the customer, the benefits of the Club are that you do get your paper of choice delivered every week, but you also get regular vouchers that can be of significant value, £40 per month. They also run regular promotions for customers to refer family and friends as well.

I have been offered the role of Team Leader now that I have exceeded the threshold, but have refused as I am not interested in managing Agents, and am keen to continue growing my customer base.

I have a couple of friends that are willing to deliver with me, and I intend to build my suscription list to 1,000, with a goal to bring my income up to£3,000 a month. This will not be easy, but I think it is doable. I dont understand what could be wrong with that. Im not recruiting anyone, and it is not multi level marketing, just a sales and delivery job.

If I wanted to be a Team Leader, I would receive most enquires for recruitment from the firm themselves, I know they get 50 plus applications a day. As a team leader or Territory manager I would be managing the sales agents, but would not be responsible for finding them. The manager ensures delivery occurred within their strict deadlines, and may have to stand in for an agent.

Agents work on a self employed basis, Team leaders Territory Managers are also self employed. Not everyone can be a team leader. Regional managers are employed, and the company have very slick systems to manage the business.

They deliver papers, but they are also the only company I know that runs promotions to the door on a Sunday. There is a lot of potential for this company, and I am aware of their plans to become the biggest distributors of Sunday papers in the UK.

They did charge for Agents to take up the position, this was to cover set up costs, they provide you with a lot of stuff to get you going. Now I believe there are no charges, and they provide all the tools online in digital format. I am now signing customers up with an IPAD, through Direct Debit. The model is very secure. No one has access to client payment details. Its a slick business model, and could be great for others either looking to earn a second income or build their own business. I think this is one of the problems with forums, I would advise people reading this post to do their own research. Shame on you...

How long did it take you to build up this customer bank?

Do you really think that 3 of you could deliver 1,000 papers by 10:30 am? What time do you start in the morning?
