Borrowers look at the matter from a personal perspective. Banks base their lending decisions on statistical risk. So poles apart.
People do fall into distinct categories. That's human nature and the genes we are are born with.
As data compiled by the "credit agencies" becomes ever more detailed. Then there will be little choice but to conform.
Better for all of us to. As bad debt gets paid for by someone else. Not the lender.0
