Hi,
Does anyone have any experience of getting a mortgage through Newcastle BS? Our application has been in since the end of January and whilst we have passed the credit check etc they have come back quite a few times looking for information. They don't really seem to know what they are doing and each week seem to be asking for something more.
We are FTB's applying for 95% mortgage. The mortgage advisor seems to think our application is essentially approved and they just needed a few more documents for detail.

They are usually ok as and when I have used them. They are not known for speed, although do get there in the end after a few requests for additional information.
Do not lose sight of the fact that 95% LTV mortgages are incredibly difficult to achieve and not many lenders are currently offering them.
Good luckI am a Mortgage Broker
