Can anyone recommend a good and also fairly cheap gas boiler repair company in the Newtownabbey area?

Just incase someone with experience reads this, I'll go through the problem.
We ran out of gas last night and when I put some more on this morning and the boiler (optimax 25 c) refused to turn back on. After reading the manual and checking online it seems like it could be a few things. It has the fault code f1 flashing and the pressure gauge is below 1, which apparently it shouldn't be. Increasing the pressure seems fairly simple except for the fact that the valve switch I need to turn wont turn. I've put a fair bit of pressure on it, but I'm worried if I put anymore on, I'll break it.

Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
