Try registering first, then adding your lenses to your cart. It didn't work when registering through check-out, but did when I then registered separately.

Has anyone given them a copy of their prescription, or Optician details? Just their site says they verify the prescription first, so I'm confused as it never asked for any of those details.

I didn't give my Opticians details. I just put in my prescription for right, and left eyes for the packs I bought, and received within a couple of days or so. I'm assuming they just mean you put in what your prescription is so they can make them up.
