Repointing recommendations.

Hi Guys, need to get some quotes for repointing two old chimneys on my house, South Belfast, any recommendations? Thanks

We used these guys. A bit more expensive than some, but they really know what they're doing and do it right. They did the high bits using a "cherry-picker" so didn't need scaffolding, which was a good thing.0 -
Try this guy too.
He did my WHOLE house and did a cracking job. Ground out all the joints and then re-pointed. took 4 weeks to do the whole house (Detached House) including re-building both chimneys which wasn't bad in my opinon considering the weather he was working in (Not Nice).
Might be worth investigating re-building chimneys if they are in a bad state as is might actually be cheaper than trying to mend them. Was the case in our house.... bricks were shot but you couldn't really see that from the ground. they do take quite a beating up there0
