Advice with writing to FOS please

Hi Everyone.
I have been asked to write a final submission so that the adjudicator can pass my complaint on to an ombudsman. If anyone can spare the time to give me some more very appreciated advice, I would be really grateful.
Do I go in with “all guns blazing”, and re-write all the points that I don’t agree with the adjudicator on, or will I be asked at a later date to express my concerns?
Also, regarding the churning aspect, am I correct with my point that all/most endowments carry charges or penalties if surrendered within the first 4 - 5 years.
As the adjudicator is saying -
“ The policies had been in force for some four years. I have seen no evidence to suggest that the policies were on target, as you suggest, and indeed, I have already pointed out to you that the total surrender value that you received was less than the premiums that you had paid in. I doubt therefore that the policies were on target.”
Surely the low surrender value would have been due to the fact that the IFA advised us to surrender them early in order to take out another policy.
Thanks in advance Crazy Saver

I would imagine that if an adjudicator has seen the case your side and the others would already have been laid out in your original quiestionaire and their representation. You would prob' be better off writing breifly telling the Ombudsman why you disagree - the Ombudsman would look at it afresh and if (s)he feels there is anything missing they'll let you know.0

As listed elsewhere go in and highlight each of the deficiencies of the review. Particularly the churn and lack of understanding regards early surrender values. After the final submission, further evidence will be sought0
