viewing property tomo but no idea of last sold price

Hello

i know this might not be a imp factor , however we are viewing a property tomorrow and i was trying to check prices of properties sold
in same lane. however i noticed that last sold price for this particular property isnt listed on Land registry/zoopla/right moves

would there be a particular reason for this

    Deceased estate?
    Builder part-ex?
    Repossession?

Have a look on the Land Reg site. There is a list of unlisted transactions.

  • I believe the records only show property sales since 1995. Therefore if the last sale was before this it won't be listed.
    Hope this helps.
  • We got our solicitors checks results through tonight, and the price our vendor paid was not the one we saw on Zoopla. It's an ex-council house so perhaps this may be why?

    Yep.

    RTBs are on that list.

As kingstreet rightly states Right To Buy sales, which are invariably at a discount, are not included in our data - the list of what is not included can be viewed online
