    I use greaseproof paper if using metal trays or tins. But I'm rapidly becoming a convert to silicone bakeware :jespecially for things like sponge cakes :p

    Just be careful to put the silicone onto a metal tray before putting in the oven - otherwise the cake bends when you try to lift it out of the oven.

    For sausage rolls sticking, get them off the tray the second they come out of the oven, its the fat going cold that makes them stick.
