Is this legit?

Just checked my messages on facebook and got this message from a person called "John VL"

Hi Lauren,
Hope you are well.
Subject to meeting the relevant terms and conditions - I am pleased to announce that you have been provisionally selected as the winner of our win an iPad mini competition.
I will require proof of ID to confirm your age as over 16 and country of residence as either England or Scotland. Could you please email me either your UK Driving License or Passport to confirm this information?
Could you please send me this information no later than 3rd March 2013. Please note, if we have received no response by this date, we will choose the runner-up as the winner of this competition.
Competition terms and conditions:
- Entries can be made during January 2013 only
- Entry is open to residents of England and Scotland only
- 1 entry per person will be counted.
- Current QA staff are not eligible to enter this competition
- Sharing a latest post (made in January 2013) can count as a competition entry, if you have liked our page prior to January 2013
- Entrants must be aged 16 or over (proof of identity and age may be required)
- Use of a false name, address or dummy/fake accounts will result in disqualification
- All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition
- The prize is as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered
- QA reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competition at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition
- The winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests relating to any post-winning publicity
- The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by 31 January 2013
- Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, QA reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random
- Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize

I've checked his profile and it says he works for this company which were running a competition for an Ipad mini and I have liked the page. Just wanted to see what you guys thought. Have I really won an Ipad mini? :j
