EU posted worker - minimum wage exchange rate

Hi everyone,
I am a posted worker in France, paid in £ to a UK account. In my contract (6-month), an exchange rate of 1.30€ to £1.00 is used 'in order to adhere to French minimum wage law'. The disparity between the actual rate and the rate used is obviously large when considered over a 6-month period, and should be settled in my final pay.
I wondered if there is any law specifying which rate is to be used as an average?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
