123prizes - dodgy or not?

I just posted a comp here from the 123prizes site. I'd never come across it before (a friend forwarded the info to me by email). It's not on the spam list.
I couldn't get the entry to go through until I ticked the box:
I agree that 123Prizes and its partners may send me information about services that might be of interest to me.
Then it goes to one of those annoying pages where you have to click no to various other "offers". About a dozen clicks before I could submit.

It requires phone number too. Have I found a data harvester with no real prizes? Any thoughts?
