I ordered some bits on monday on 2-4 day delivery, no sign, order status still "submitted"

Are they usually quite slow does anyone know?

Everything I ordered is out of stock. All orders cancelled. They were all on submitting. Not happy.

I had this, so clicked through from my confirmation email-even though I knew what email address I used, they wouldn't accept it!!
