Maybe it is coming in two separate boxes? I'm not too sure on this one, you could ask them which items you should have and query you think some might be missing.

It should have been supplied with £100. I owuld send a polite email asking them the above and see what they say, explain you are grateful, but you disappointed as you believed there would be more.

It's not a loss - you won something for free, you never had the extra. If you can avoid using that phrase (that might annoy them) I would query it politely. Something along the lines of "I was thrilled to win, but was a little surprised that the prize seems to be £70 worth rather than the advertised £100. Am I adding it up wrong?" perhaps.

The other thought is - how did you work out the value of what you've received? Prize values are generally based on RRP and for some things it seems nobody ever pays RRP so it might be that you're basing your total on a reduced or sale price & their advertised prize value is on the full prices?

Thank you both for your replies, I went ahead and emailed them and they said they are ever so sorry the box should of been checked and that they would send me the missing items.

Glad you got it sorted. Maybe they had a new intern Polite emails always work if something is missing - although you feel ungrateful :P
