Mortgage approval – Severn Trent/ sewer regulations help

Good Morning,
If a drainage and water enquiry from Severn Trent indicates thatthere is a ‘public sewer, disposal main or lateral drain within or close to theboundaries of the property’. Would this have any effect on getting a mortgageapproved?

None that I can think of. The lender may refer it to the valuing surveyor for an opinion, if the solicitor brings it to the lender's attention.I am a mortgage broker.
