Twitter Comp and still waiting for prize!

Hi, Just a bit of a rant really , I won an Umbrella on the Benefit Twitter comp on 17/01 , after loads of nice requests on facebook and twitter still no prize! They said they would send another Umbrella just over a week ago and still waiting. They are not quick at responding to messages :mad: ( if your lucky to get a reply at all)

Any advice?? Have others who won recieved theirs yet?:(

Hmm, thats really odd. I sent my details and got it within a couple of days. (In Jan won 14th - Rec 17/18th I think)

If they have sent another, I would wait until mid-week and then tweet and message them again.

Failing that - Maybe try their customer service team via email, instead of twitter.

Ive had to do this in the past, some companies don't check twitter and a gentle email is better.
