national insurance number

my son was 16 in october and hasnt recieved his national insurance number. We moved house in may{house was reposessed and empty till? november}. all post would have been returned to sender as the letter box was bolted up. Any ideas on what I need to do? thanks:o

What he needs to do - you cant do it.
And normally you get an NI number a few months before the 16th BirthdayWe’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
