Hi All
I need some advise regarding my house after BR.
I went BR in March 2010 and was discharged early in September 2010. I have paid IPA since June 2010 and this is for 3 years. I have not heard anything about my house as yet and was wondering who will contact me?
There is no Beneficial interest in the house as the outstanding mortgage balance is greater than the current value.
Can someone please advise when I should hear something and who will it be from?
