First few times it would not work for me, thought it was because I was using RoboForm so tried entering details manually, still did not work, then tried again (holding my face right, ha) and it worked.

Anyone who didn't receive a scratch card during your visit - take your receipt with you the next time you shop and they should give you one (I queried as didn't receive on my first visit and gave me 2 to make up for it)

I've been in twice this week, the first time I was given one the second time I wasn't and forgot to ask. I'll be taking my receipt in next time I go in and have a little moan.
