Does anyone know if there is such a thing?
I'm looking for one for a friend who is an avid baker but not from here. So far I've thought of checking Woman's Institute or somewhere like the Welcome Centre in Belfast.

I bought a northern irish cookbook a few yrs ago in easons ulster cooking its called, It had tray bake recipes in it along with a lot of local recipes0
