Norn Irish Traybake recipe book

Does anyone know if there is such a thing?
I'm looking for one for a friend who is an avid baker but not from here. So far I've thought of checking Woman's Institute or somewhere like the Welcome Centre in Belfast.

Funny I went into Waterstones, the Welcome Centre and Carroles, the souveneer place, all in Belfast and never thought of Easons. I'll give them a try tomorrow.
