12 Jun Received Deed of Assignment from solicitor to sign
17 Jun Returned Deed of Assignment signed
?? Jun/Jul Received Deed of Assignment counter signed by OR and confirmation
from Land Registry that title was clear of restriction
I’ll look up final date when I get home.
From payment to return of BI about four weeks.0
