Ok, well, we're still going to settle it. But will banks be able to see it/find out about it from somewhere else, apart from CR?

We're not too sure if Debt Agency purchased the debt or were acting for bank - after the original debt agency closed their files, we expected another debt agency to buy the debt and start chasing but it never happened. I think the wording of the letter said something like "we're returning the debt to the bank".
