Looking at your SOA, you seem to have tailored it to just be under your income. When in fact your outgoings are probably a lot more than you are showing. My fear i show will you survive after going br, when you will have no credit to fall back on.
You won't get an IPA as states above because you technicallt would have a shortfall.

once BR the OP's out going can't be more than income, as no credit to make up the difference, hence why it looks tailored made, as it is, to fit the income available.

I realise that, but does the OP, in that they will not survive with those outgoings after going br.

why not? a single person on JSA only gets £71 a week and they have to survive, the OP is also getting a bigger income than the min wage, I'm not saying the OP is on a lot but I'm not sure why you think it's unmanageable.

Because as MA pointed out and you agreed the SOA has been tailored to fit the income. But even you pointed out that the allowances should be raised.

I agree with what you say about people having to manage on lower money, but the OP's costs with the dogs will put a lot of strain on the finances. With no credit available , something will have to give.
I agree with MA on this, the OP really has to look at whether or not they can realistically afford the dogs,

Firstly they aren't dogs, they are family and will always come first.

I haven't had any form of credit within the last 3 years and have no desire to need or want credit again and have managed to not increase my level of debt.

The only thing that I feel I have boasted on the SOA is the clothing, holiday money (I haven't had a holiday in 4-5 years) and emergency money. I have only included this because I am allowed to put money aside for these things.

My outgoings are no longer greater than my income although I do not have much room for saving any money.

And I haven't had credit in 3 years.

You seem to be missing the whole point of a budget! yes I said figures should be moved around, to be more agreeable to the OR.

What are you suggesting? you keep saying the budget is unmanageable, are you offering the OP some money or a job?

You have to tailor your budget to your income, that's all that is happening here, if the OP had even less income, then the budget would be altered to fit that as well...I'm really not getting what your problem here is.

2 St bernards and a very small house.
I used to have a St Bernard, lovely animals.

Nothing wrong with your SOA as far as I can see, especially with the modifications some suggest.
I often put in negative SOAs with perhaps a suggestion of " I am having to reduce my housekeeping budget still further to make this budget balance. - This builds in some cover for future income rises.
