Hello, thought I really should update this thread as I know it will encourage me.
Looking back, I can see I'm doing more which is good.
I now have about half my savings at Triodos bank, I'm attempting to grow veg & I'm avoiding supermarkets. Finally got round to organising a veg box but it's hard to meet the minimum orders as they're so cheap (!) so i need to get more neighbours involved. We're trying to avoid anything with excessive packaging, eg butter rather than marg and solid soap rather than hand wash & shower gel.
One thing I'd love to be able to do is get more people into being more green, but i find it really hard to do without sounding righteous!Proud to be a moneysaver! :cool:0
