Thank you ayeshasi you are a STAR. My patience has been rewarded. I fancied some cushions a few months back that were on buy one get one free. Thought I would order online via Quidco when I got home.......got home very late so ordered first thing in the morning to find the offer finished at mid-night....bo hoo....but now very happy plus free instore delivery - I await my huge parcel with heaps of bubblewrap as no-one but Matalan can pack so well! Just realised did not do this order through Quidco in my excitement but hey- ho I am happy.

Anyone already collected their orders? I'm worried about ordering and then not being able to show a VIP card at the store. The website is saying it's for the VIP Black card holders only.....

I wonder if that is just the name they have given the sale as I have never heard of a black VIP card for Matalan

sorry re above on their home page there is something about you have to spend £150 in 12 months!!!! Anyone had to give a black card number at checkout?

I got sent the email directly to me & I'm not a black card holder.I don't think you have to show your Matalan card when collecting as it just says this when you're in the order process for store collection.

Please bring a copy of your dispatch email and the card you used with you when collecting.
