For more details on the The Smiler, coming to Alton Towers Resort in May 2013 visit the-smiler.com

To claim your tickets to Alton Towers Resort worth £92, simply collect NINE differently numbered tokens from the SEVENTEEN we are printing every day from March 2 until March 18.

Closing dates for applications is strictly Wednesday March 20, 2013. Get yours in early as tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.

FIVE STEPS TO GET YOUR FREE PAIR OF TICKETS TO ALTON TOWERS RESORT, WORTH £92

STEP ONE: Collect NINE differently numbered tokens from the SEVENTEEN that we'll be printing in The Sun. Token one was printed on Saturday March 2. Applications without the correct number of tokens will be void.

STEP TWO: Complete all sections of the application form printed in the pullout on Wednesday March 6 or printed from this website after reading the offer terms and conditions. You MUST choose 5 bands from those provided, in your order of preference, in the spaces provided on the ticket application form. Applications that do not have the 5 bands indicated in order of preference will be processed last. We will of course do our utmost to allocate tickets from your preferred band. NOTE: YOUR TICKETS WILL ONLY BE VALID FOR ONE SPECIFIC DAY FROM YOUR CHOSEN BAND and are not transferrable. We regret that we cannot meet specific date requests from within selected bands. Please note that The Smiler opens in May. Some of our tickets will be allocated on dates before its launch.

STEP THREE: You MUST include a self addressed envelope at least 15cm x 8cm with a 1st class stamp attached. Applications that do not include an SAE will not be processed.

STEP FOUR: You MUST write your 5 band choices (in order of preference) on the bottom right hand corner of the front of the envelope you send your application in (not your SAE).

STEP FIVE : Send your completed ticket application form, with nine differently numbered tokens attached, together with your SAE to the address on the form. Allow 28 days to receive your tickets – although tickets for band A will be despatched as priority. Last date for receiving applications is Wednesday, March 20 and we cannot process applications received after that date. In the unlikely event that we are unable to allocate tickets for any of your five chosen preferences, we will contact you with an equivalent alternative.

Dates and bands will be shown on the booking form, available to download from this website from Wednesday, March 6.

  • I noticed on the MSE Alton offers page that it says this isn't going to be available in Scotland and N. Ireland. Do we know if that's correct? I can't see any info about it in The Sun's T&Cs and I've managed to get it in Scotland every other year.

I was going to send off for these for us and pay for the kids to get in - till I looked at prices - £37.80 on the day or £28.35 for kids, mine are only 1 and 4 so I certainly won't be paying that!
  • why not use your SUN tickets with a 2 4 1 voucher ?

    it does work

I think if you check the website you don't pay for children until they are 5.

Oooh thanks, where did you see this info? I couldn't find anything on the website that said free for kids under...... Most places are free for under twos so I expected something like that.

I tried it on the Chessington deal but different dates arrived. I do believe there is a web site that you can exchange tickets (someone might be able to help you on this) May be E.Bay would be the answer
