Halifax mortgage have declined ! Please help

Hi,
My credit check from experian is fair 838 .I'm first time buyer , £145k and looking to borrow £115k, i already have the mortgage promise .after I process my application ,one week after I get the answer is declined. Now is wait for appeal.
I have give halifax january 2013 4 week payslip, Can I know is it because I say earn £580 a week and annual income is £30,160 but I just start from January 2013 got £580 a week so last time is same position but I only work like one day or two day a week, so about £150 .i really work in this company more than three years.
Now I have my company sent the company letter to halifax appeal ,prove I'm work there is a full time and income is £580.
Halifax check my income from hmrc ??so I have declined .
Another way I have go RBS bank and I have AIP and need to sent 3 months payslip and 3 months bank statement , I'm worry will happened the same thing, RBS only borrow me £105k anywhere I'm still ok. But Halifax is better deal.

Please help .....

I think the op is saying that they have worked for the same company for 3 years, but only recently switched from part time at 150 per week to full time at 580 per week.

Therefore they only have one months payslip at the higher rate, although they have a letter from their employer stating their annual salary full time.

They want to know if this is the reason for the decline on their application.

    Op ..

Are you on the electoral roll?

Do you have a credit history in the uk? I only ask as English does not appear to be your first language .. Banks like to see a history of applicants managing credit.

How long ago did you move in to your current address? It could be that if the electoral register isn't showing you as living at that address yet that may be causing an issue? I know it can take a while from when you ask to be added to it to when you actually show on it. Have you spoken to anyone at Halifax to see if they can give you any guidance as to what the reason for decline maybe?
