Here's another for you guys!!
I,m BR and have a car on finance I,ve got about 2yrs left to pay, totalling approx £6250. The car in my opinion is worth about the same amount, firstly what do you think will happen to the car, would they offer it back. If not how does the O R calculate the funds for me to replace the car.and secondly I haven't missed a payment on the car and because I haven't heard anything from anyone do I continue my payments until something is resolved?
