We have been together for 11 years now but due to us not getting on anymore. She wants to get a council house with my daughter and my step daughter/{ Her daughter.} Aged 10 And 14. She want's me to wright a letter to the council about how we don't get on anymore and she can't live there anymore and needs a council house. She like me has no points or any time on the list. About 6 years ago I sold my house from my former partner at got £27,000.00 from the sale. We went on holiday and bought some things for the house And i said shall we buy the house, It was a council house so we got it for £55.000.00 I paid for all the repairs so we could get the mortgage, the solisitors fees and the deposit. in total £10.000.00 and put the mortgage in both our names so she would feel secure. She didn't put a penny towards the buying of the house but we have shared the running costs of the house together since we moved in together. If we sell the house can i get back what i put in plus an equel share of whats left ? Or have I lost all that cash i put in ?? Please help.

Intentionally making oneself homeless won't qualify her for a council property.0
