Oh boy, there are some bloody know, know nothings our the forums. i mentioned a Judicial Review regarding a the way a Judge acted, have been told in uncertain terms by certain peole there is no such thing..ummmm oh yes there is, When I was an Advocate I took one to the Judicial Review Board regarding a case the Judge behaved badly The Judge was bang out of order and got a slap on wrist with a wet bus ticket.

Of course these are people purporting to be qualified and experts..The Money Savers Arms? The numpties over there are Barrack Room Lawyers and also experts in all things. I suppose this why they are on their computers all day. I do wonder how many cases they have won in front of Judge?

Don't get me started on how people assume those on benefits and the like are not worth speaking to..Each case is different. The Hobbit used to be so judgemental until something happened to him and now his outlook is completely changed and it is nothing to do with benefits, it was actually something criminal and if the Officer in Charge of the investigation had not done her job, you can bet the Jury would have sonsited of the Money Saving Arms experts and The Hobbit could have been sitting in the pokey for ten years on a false accusation. He has never put a foot wrong in his life but someone, aided and abetted by his wife made the accusation. Now both of them are being done for Perverting the Course of Justice.

Anyway, I'm ironing this morning and watching Jeremy Kyle, i do need a life..

Where are the trolls hiding?

Yep... some of the people on there, G, make Hitler look liberal.... I have to resist the impulse to hit out verbally every time I go in there. Don't really know why I go in there actually, it's not good for my blood pressure :mad:

Just had a job offer out in the Falklands, never applied for it. I think they are desperate and no I'm not interested going down there in Winter

THank you..Smiler is the cat who doesn't want to be responsible for any human, He adopted us and prefers to live outdoors, like an old hobo who prefers the open spaces, so we feed him, brush him and let him be. He looks after out three cats and they play with him.

I knew I shoulld not have eaten those cupcakes...why do you tempt me???? I haven't any NO power...
