Nargleblast

Good afternoon everyone, revving up for a couple of night shifts here so trying to take it easy. Gammon joint ready to go in oven, along with chicken being roasted to have cold tomorrow with home-grown lettuces. Well, that's the meal plan, anyway. And a sausage and bean casserole Monday, liver and bacon Tuesday (DS having leftover shepherds pie from freezer as he hates liver), steak pies Wednesday......still craving cold weather food at the moment, summer not quite kicked in properly yet.
