Easy quick cheesecake recipe (courtesy of Takeaway Secret)

base - crushed digestive biscuits and melted butter
top - plain soft cheese mixed with similar amount of chocolate spread till smooth.
decoration - whipped cream and grated chocolate. If you can be !!!!!d, that is, and resist the temptation to wolf the lot as soon as the topping's on the base.

Or easy banoffee version - from the Chateau Nargle Greedyguts Cookbook.

base - biscuit as before.
first layer - sliced banana.
second layer - plain soft cheese mixed with a little sugar, whipped cream and vanilla extract.
third layer - Dulce de leche (or toffee condensed milk)
fourth layer - yet more whipped cream, sliced bananas, grated chocolate.

The downside of that is you have to eat it quick before the bananas turn black. Unless you want to faff around dipping each banana slice in lemon juice? Hmm, thought not......
