It's still working for me. If you've followed the steps in my earlier post, maybe you just need to clear your browser cache and cookies. I've just tried it and it works, doing the following:

1) Clear cache and cookies

2) Go to https://www.kitbag.com

3) Copy the following link and paste into the browser currently containing https://www.kitbag.com:

http://www.kitbag.com/stores/kitbag_4_5/default.aspx?portal=KEOSPOJN

4) Shop on the site, checking that all the prices are marked "lloyds tsb promotion price" (i.e. 15% off). Add items to your basket, totalling over £30 (minus the 15% off, so £26.50 in the basket)

5) Go to the shopping basket. Then copy the following link and paste it in the window currently containing your kitbag.com shopping basket:

http://www.kitbag.com/stores/kitbag_4_5/default.aspx?portal=TIX6HI92

6) Click on shopping basket and it should now also show -£10.00 discount.

Hope that helps. The main thing is to keep only one kitbag window open at any time, and each time you paste the links paste them into the same window. So you need to copy and paste the addresses rather than clicking the link each time.

Just got as far as putting my credit card details in - after much messing about with deleting cookies etc. Unfortunately it came up with a message saying an error had occurred on the page and their technical dept had been informed and would deal with it. I suppose I'll just have to wait and see.

I had not been going to order from this company again as it cost me money to send stuff back previously when one of their 2 for 1 offers did not charge correctly and I received the stuff at the wrong price. However if I get this it would make up for my last order.
