I am having one of those days where I just cant think. at all.
apart from making the obvious bread/rolls etc is there anything more I could do with a couple of packets of bread mix? I just cant even recall anything i can do as I appear to be brain dead!

I used one the other day but added additional grated carrot and chopped walnuts to the basic wholemeal crusty bread mix. It was a very nice accompaniment to my hm carrot and coriander soup!0

My mum used to make something called "sausage bread" with cheese, italian sausage, pepperoni etc. all stuffed into the middle of a loaf of bread. Nutritional nightmare but it was always a big hit at parties. I would imagine you could do all sorts of variations..not dissimilar to a calzone, but loaf sized which might make it less time consuming to make.0
