Just to add that I ordered mine shortly before I posted on here and have already had a despatch email - excellent service.

For those that are not familiar with this model you have a small chamber that you put solution into (I use their hard floor solution but whatever you prefer), you then have a trigger button on the handle which you press to release the solution so you can use as little or as much as you want - this then squirts the solution in the path that you are cleaning. The cloth is attached to the bottom of the machine by velcro tabs at each side so can easily be removed and washed (you can purchase additional cloths - i believe when the old model was on sale someone said you can get the cloths from poundland but they also sell them on the bissell website). I've found it great for any types of hard floor, the only thing that i found was that in soom rooms i just needed to wipe round the outer edge where it doesnt always get right into the edges/corners. For £20 you cannot go wrong. I am a massive fan of bissell products.

I didnt get an email confimation of my order but I did get an email advising my goods had been despatched a couple of hours later

I didnt get an email confirmation but it has just this minute been delivered - great service! Now I will have to get on and do some cleaning!!!
