I got this for my 5 year old at christmas, she loves it but the screen is not very responsive. It takes a few taps for it to register it's being touched. Apart from that I'd definitely recommend it, and now that she's cracked her screen I'll probably buy her another one instead of messing about to get it fixed.

Does it have any video playing apps (e.g. youtube, iplayer and 40D?). Thanks

I have had the same problem - bought before xmas and cannot get any books to load. I can see they have downloaded but when I open them they are blank.

Could you please post back if you discover the solution or have success with the suggestion posted?

Kindle glitch is well known, give it a Google. Fix on the way? Dunno, hope so.

This can be found in the Firmware Update section below, along with the Firmware Updating Tool and the latest Firmware
If your TouchTab has a serial number on the back beginning with POR or TP0, we are still working to release a fix. This should be available before the end of February and downloads of firmware with the Kindle issue fixed will have this noted in order to alert you to their availability."

I also can't get kindle to work - I think I'm using kobo on the tablet. I'll need to check when I get home. There are lots of other ebook providers, I have loads of free books loaded onto my tablet.

...Monday, delivered Tuesday, delighted. Sparkling deal for the price. There is already an ebook app installed (Aldiko) and a world of free apps through play store.

Now to get it networked and set up to control my MK808. This is a good time for tech lovers on a budget!!

BTW it is expandable to 40GB as there is 8GB onboard. Despite the standard definition screen it also has an HDMI output and outputs 1080p.

It is acknowledged that the battery is not a strong point (3hrs on a charge) but for the money it's a genuine bargain so thank you OP!

Aldiko - thats what I'm using as an ebook reader - it works really well on this tablet.
