Wallet fix?

David, I emptied it to make space for the big ITV cheque that got lost in the post

I searched for 30 minutes but I am at a point where I can't remember which pages I have looked at so I give up. Fingers crossed for you all.

Totally agree with this.

Some warning that the comp was taking place at 10.30am would have been nice as well.
I didn't have a clue until I signed in here about 10mins ago so missed out.

Why? If people choose not to contribute then that is their choice ,what gives anyone the right to judge? It was a competition and that is what people come here to do,enter competitions,there is nothing that says everyone who uses this forum must contribute . If there was a competition on another forum that was posted on this ,would you not enter because you are not a user of that forum? I very much doubt it ,maybe congratulating those who did win and thanking for the comp may have been a better course of action but then again as a new user I suppose my input would be invalid as I don't intend contributing too much at all.

The comp was advertised in the weekly MSE e-mail so anyone who is signed up to that would have seen it regardless if they were a regular poster or not. I missed out as I couldn't be at the computer at 10.30 yesterday but I congratulate all winners and think it's fair that it should be open to all.
