i know a friend who is bankcrupt , and about to lose her house also ,
she has changed her name and using her business has created some history for herself
and has obtained a mortgage in principal on another house and land,
is this achievable , she intends to sell some surrounding land on the new property and default on the mortgage and move abroad with the cash.
ive been her friend since childhood and would hate her to get into trouble , ive tried to reason with her but she is progressing with her plans regardless
