can't anything be done about wardlaw?

I find most of the advisers on here exceedingly helpful. If I wanted any services I'd contact them myself. Yet still I receive PMs from wardlaw touting... is this allowed??

report it to abuse and let them deal - touting is not allowed. I would not comment any further on the matter.

Wardlaw is an AR of Mortgage angels which are under Mortgage Intelligence so the best thing to do is contact mortgage Intelligence and complain that it is an unsolicited financial promotion

Believe Mortgage angels let anyone use there webpages- not just AR's
( many advisers are listed on there- even if they then offer services of one of their people - trying a google on yourself )

FSA register gives info of advisers, but not ideal for AR's or sole traders .. but can throw up interesting results

Well wardlaw is still around, touting, pm'ing posting in whatever capacity he can

I hate to be the critic but where is abuse? I've been pulled into question last year for having a "too obvious" signature - this man is blatantly flouting the rules and getting away with it- dozens have complained about PM's and one exposed him publicly on forum - where is abuse and what have they done? Is the abuse button just decorative now?

one of the reasons I said advisers should either link to a site with full disclosure ( his does not- more of a directory listing ) or should list FSA reference No.
