            I don't understand why you have to buy a new place before you sell your old place.
 I would recommend doing up your new place - maybe even taking a short term loan if serious work needs doing. Try not to spend any more than 3-5K on it max - and hopefully you can add 10k + the value of the property.
 When clearing out rubbish, you have to be ruthless. "If it doubt, sling it out" sort of mentality.
 Buy some property magazines and look how others have transformed their homes. I'm sure you can make your "pigsty" look nice!Errors of opinion may be tolerated where reason is left free to combat it. - Jefferson0

            No I am afraid it just isn't possible. We ran our retrogames business from home for many years and half of it is still lying about the house. Yes we are trying to sell it but you can only sell so much at once.Loving the dtd thread. x0
