Dont be ripped off by eflorist.co.uk

I recently spent £20 on a bouqet from eflorist. I ordered and paid for the bouquet 2 weeks before the birthday allowing plenty of time for delivery. The flowers arrived 4 days late and dead. I have recieved a £5 refund which I am not happy with. They ignore emails and are dont answer the phone. I tried posting complaints on their facebook page incuding a photograph of the dead flowers which were removed. Review centre online reviews there are hundreds of people with the same story as me. There is a page on facebook called eflorist? e fraud with more evidence too. I am disgusted and hope no one else is ripped off by them.

Here are the BAD reviews -that they totally lived up to when I ordered recently..

I finally got a 5 quid refund from them for (IMO) lack of flowers in bunch - which also was nothing like the photo on their website. But it was like pulling teeth from a rhino!

    Best just to AVOID totally!
